Customer Registration & Usage

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on the  website. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. This site may require your registration for some services. In such cases, you are required to provide us with accurate information. Do not share or reveal your user name & password to anyone else to prevent any unauthorized use. It is your sole responsibility.

Payment Methods & Security

Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

During any transaction, please verify that the payment information you supply is accurate and complete.

Usage of Customer Information

We reserve the right to all information provided by you to be used with Google Maps or any such Location Apps to speed-up the data entry. Google’s terms of service are featured here.

Illegal Practices

Any complaints of reported violation will be investigated & reported to law enforcement or other partner companies, if necessary. These may include your name, location, email, activity & IP address.

Legal Compliance

United Arab of Emirates is our country of ‘domicile’ and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. You are hereby agreeing to abide with any related United Arab Emirates laws.

Legal Complaints & Arbitration

Any Legal disputes will be solely arbitrated & conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the UAE, and at the UAE courts. Any arbitration fee is met at equal proportion between the parties.

Course Packages – Continuous System

There is a registration fee of AED 210 (AED Two hundred and ten) which is not refundable.

There Shall Be No Fee Refunds for cancelled or uncompleted packages or part thereof.

Packages must be purchased before the last lesson of the current package on a continuous basis otherwise the time-slot will have to be released.

Any make-up classes for missed lessons must be taken within the six-month cut-off period. The first cut-off date is February 28 and the second cut-off date is August 31. Any lessons missed between these periods can be made up anytime (except for the normal scheduled lesson time) within the six month period irrespective of the joining date and subject to the availability of your teacher.

There are no make-up classes for missed group lessons. If the whole group misses the lesson then a make-up class can be given for the whole group.

The time frame of a package cannot be extended for any reason and all lessons must be completed within the package. Any make-up lessons owed cannot be taken unless the next package has been purchased.

Packages will be continuous starting from 1st of September until 30th of June. Any packages missed will be deemed as missed lessons and will be counted as such. If the next package has not been purchased then an email will be sent asking for assurance of your continued lessons and if there is no reply within seven (7) days then the time-slot will have to be released. It is therefore important and your responsibility that you keep us up to date with any change of your email address.

Any lessons missed due to public holidays (as announced for the private sector) will not be counted as missed lessons. If packages are purchased during July and August the cut-off date of August 31 will still be applicable. Missed lessons due to students/teacher absences will also need to be made up.

It is advisable to give us at least 24 hours’ notice via email, if a lesson is to be missed as failure to do so may result in the missed lesson to be charged.

Cancellation of a package will result in the cancellation of the registration and new registration fees will apply if re-joining.

These terms and conditions are subject to change in order to provide the best possible service.

Course Package – Term System

There is an initial registration fee of AED 210 (AED Two hundred and ten) which is not refundable.

Term dates will be determined as per the Official School Calendar released by the Ministry of Education each year.

There Shall Be No Fee Refunds for cancelled or uncompleted terms or part thereof.

Fees must be paid in full for the whole term in advance.

Renewal of the subsequent term requires the fees to be paid in full (or a deposit of AED 500 – balance to be paid on the first lesson of the subsequent term) prior to the end of the current term otherwise the time-slot will have to be released.

The term fees will be pro-rated for any new student joining after the commencement of the term.

There are no make-up classes for the School Term System other than the following:

a) Public Holidays [as announced for the Private Sector]

b) Teacher absence

c) Student absence (a maximum of 2 per term is allowed)

All missed lessons must be made up before the end of the term otherwise they will be forfeited.

Any lesson/s not completed in any given term cannot be carried over into the next term.

Existing students that miss the first lesson of a term due to their weekly scheduled lesson not falling on the first week of the term will have to make up that lesson.

There are no make-up classes for missed group lessons other than public holidays or teacher absence.

Cancellation of terms will result in the cancellation of the registration and new registration fees will apply if re-joining.

Agreement Acceptance

You are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined here. We also reserve the right to modify this terms & conditions any time without issuing a certain notice to you. Any amendments will be published on our website.
